NATIONAL ACTION PLANS BY REGION

This database tracks the development of National Action Plans on Women, Peace and Security and reports on their implementation. There is one page for each country that has developed a WPS National Action Plan. Each country page breaks down the content of each country’s NAP and the process used to develop it, and reports on other commitments a country has made to implement the WPS agenda, including at high-level commitments events and in oral statements.

Our monitoring of NAPs and commitments aims to report on the state of implementation in each country using publicly-available sources, including statements, reports, articles, government websites, and CSO shadow reports.
